1.1. We provide bespoke wooden furniture design and crafting services, as well as an online store where you can purchase ready-made and made-to-order furniture and accessories. Our services include:

2. Our Products
2.1. The product images on our website are intended for illustrative purposes only. While we have taken great care to ensure the colours are represented as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will precisely match the actual product. Please note that there may be slight variations between the images and the products you receive.
2.2. We have made every effort to provide accurate details; however, as our products are handcrafted, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements listed on our site may vary by up to 5%.
3. Customer Responsibilities

4. Placing an Order
4.1. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service. We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email, but please note that this is not an acceptance of your offer. The contract between us will be formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
4.2. We strive to ensure that our Website is up to date, but product availability can change. If an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4.3. For bespoke furniture, we will provide an initial design consultation and quotation, which will need to be agreed upon before we begin work. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your order.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Prices for our products listed are listed on our website in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time. Payment for products purchased on the shop must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon for bespoke projects.
5.2. We accept payment via debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If your payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order.
6. Bespoke Furniture and Design Services
6.1. For bespoke furniture, we will collaborate with you to create a unique piece tailored to your specifications. This process includes:
a) Initial consultation and design discussion
b) Provision of design drafts and approval
c) Final confirmation and payment
6.2. Once you approve the design, any subsequent changes may incur additional costs. Bespoke orders are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specifications within the restrictions within section 2.
7. Delivery and Lead Times
7.1. We strive to deliver all products within the agreed timeframe. For ready-made items, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days. For bespoke furniture, lead times will be discussed with you during the design phase and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
7.2. The shipping cost for all ready-made and made-to-order items is calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the items, and we will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you safely. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy, where you’ll find full details on the process. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, texts and design of our website/marketing material are and will remain the property of Noah Morris Bespoke. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

This ACID membership ensures that the designs are legally safeguarded against copying or unauthorised use. Noah Morris Bespoke has access to legal support and resources to challenge any infringement on their designs. This ACID membership strengthens Noah Morris Bespoke’s ability to defend against imitation and encourages fair use of original creations within the industry. 9.2. For bespoke projects, you retain ownership of any design ideas or intellectual property that you provide to us. However, we reserve the right to use the design, images and other media of your commissioned furniture for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. We will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses or damages arising out of your use of our services, including any delay or failure to deliver, except where required by law. Our liability to you is limited to the total value of your order.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
