1. Shipping for Bespoke Furniture
As part of our bespoke service, each piece of furniture is made to order based on your individual design specifications. Due to the custom nature of these items, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the materials involved.
- Estimated Lead Time: Due to the nature of handcrafted bespoke furniture, we will communicate with you regarding the lead time at the time of design discussions. We will notify you with an estimated delivery window once making has started, and keep you updated on the progress.
- Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for bespoke furniture is calculated based on your location and the size of the item. A shipping quote will be provided when you place your order.
- Delivery Process: Once your bespoke piece is ready, we will either personally deliver your piece or arrange for delivery using our trusted delivery partners. You will be contacted ahead of time to schedule a convenient delivery date.
2. Shipping for Ready-Made and Made-to-Order Furniture & Home Accessories
For ready-made and made-to-order furniture, home accessories, and decor items purchased through our online shop, we aim to ensure fast, reliable delivery. The following details apply:
- Ready-Made Items: Typically shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-Order Items: For items that are made to order, due to the nature of the work, we will communicate with you regarding the lead time at the time order. We will notify you with an estimated delivery window once making has started, and keep you updated on the progress.
- Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for all ready-made and made-to-order items is calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the items.
3. Shipping Locations
3.1. We offer shipping to most UK mainland and international addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please don’t hesitate to contact us at noah@noahmorrisbespoke.co.uk before placing your order.
3.2. For UK deliveries, standard shipping options will be available, with the costs calculated based on the size and weight of the items ordered.
3.3. For international deliveries, international shipping charges will vary depending on the destination, and customers will be notified of the applicable shipping fees before completing their purchase. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international shipments, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time would vary depending on the piece and your requirements for bespoke and made-to-order items. We will notify you when your order has shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
- Weekday Delivery: Most deliveries are made Monday-Friday during business hours. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your items.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your items arrive safely. For larger, more fragile items like furniture, we personally deliver the items to ensure that they are handled with great care.
6. Shipping Issues and Damaged Goods
While we take every care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a solution.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We may request that you send us photographs of the damage to assist with processing a claim.
- Missing or Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date or if you believe an item is missing, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
7. Return of Items
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy, where you’ll find full details on the process. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return shipping, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
