This walnut dining table was a true pleasure to create. With its understated design and clean lines, every detail serves to highlight the natural beauty of the timber. -
The Maker's Table
This table was created to honour the exceptional career of a local Worcestershire woodworker. My client requested a piece that incorporated one of his most treasured tools - his hand plane. I chose to feature the plane as the central stand, preserving its character and maker’s marks to tell a story of craftsmanship. The nose of the plane, which bears the maker's name, became the table's focal point, with the rest of the top reflecting its unique angles and round-over shape. A double bevel on the base, inspired by the wedge securing the blade, completes the design. It was a true privilege to craft this piece, allowing his legacy and passion for woodworking to live on for his family and friends.
-
Oak Coffee Table
This coffee table was designed to complement the minimalist aesthetic of the client’s existing living space. Crafted from white oak and finished with a durable hard wax oil, it seamlessly blends simplicity with elegance, enhancing the overall ambiance of the room.

-
Chef's Knife Box
This slimline box was crafted for a client’s Japanese Yaxall Chef’s knives. Made from beautiful rosewood, the frame and lid highlight the wood’s natural grain, while the design complements the knives. Each knife sits in its own tailored mould, lined with black baize for protection.

"The standard of work was excellent and he was not over awed by such a large commission in an historic and listed building. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how well it fits in and looks as if it has been there for ever. It is a perfect match to other original joinery within the building (the panelling behind the altar) and is a wonderful installation. I would not hesitate to recommend using Noah for high class joinery."

Mr R
"We worked with Noah to design a couple of bits of his beautiful furniture – A coffee table and a box/cabinet. The quality of the wood and the workmanship is superb and both pieces proudly either side of a sofa and are used and admired every day. Quality pieces to last more than a lifetime! Brilliant work."

Dovetails
I love dovetail joints — their beauty and strength are remarkable, but they often remain hidden in many pieces of furniture. That’s why I designed the Dovetailed Coffee Table, to celebrate this beautiful joint by making it the centerpiece of the design. This month, it’s my featured piece, and I’d love for you to take a look. If you’d like to bring this exceptional table into your home, simply follow the link below.
